Lazem and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority: Two Agreements Strengthening the Emergency Response System

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority signed a cooperation agreement with Lazem Ambulance Services Company, aiming to contribute to community service and exchange expertise in emergency medical services. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the cooperation covers responding to emergency cases in central Riyadh and transporting them to the appropriate healthcare facilities.

The agreement also includes lectures on the Authority's approved medical protocols, and enables the company to provide emergency medical services for cases received from the Operations Control Center in accordance with the protocols in force, supporting service quality and response efficiency.

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Riyadh Region signed a partnership agreement with Lazem Medical Services Company to activate technology solutions and supporting emergency means in public places, strengthening readiness and response speed to emergency cases during the critical first minutes.

The cooperation is built on developing and connecting technology systems that help speed up access to resuscitation devices, and on providing remote visual emergency guidance through emergency channels, enabling people on site to receive real-time instructions until the specialized ambulance teams arrive.
