An intensive and comprehensive first aid course for employees, aimed at providing advanced skills. This level covers advanced topics and techniques for handling medical emergencies, severe and complex accidents, and employees in high-risk environments.
Employees learn the duties and responsibilities of the first responder. This includes understanding legal requirements and prior authorization, the responder’s responsibilities upon arriving at the incident site, providing initial care, communicating with emergency services, and documenting and reporting the incident.
This training course focuses on how to survey the incident site and conduct primary and secondary assessments of casualties. This includes performing CPR and gathering essential information to provide appropriate care.
This training course covers resuscitation principles and the necessary measures for handling unconscious casualties, including the use of CPR and airway management.
Participants learn how to handle respiratory issues such as obstructions, choking, and oxygen deficiency, as well as how to provide first aid for these conditions.
This training course covers how to handle various types of wounds and effectively manage bleeding to prevent the deterioration of the casualty's condition.
This training course includes an explanation of physiological shock and anaphylaxis, as well as the different types of seizures and how to manage them.
Participants learn how to handle minor injuries such as bruises, minor cuts, scrapes, and first-degree burns.
In this training course, participants learn to identify different types of fractures and how to use a supportive sling for fracture stabilization. Additionally, they are introduced to head and spinal injuries as well as pediatric fractures.
This training course addresses the common symptoms of sprains and ligament tears, and provides effective ways to handle these injuries to offer the necessary care.
This training course provides participants with a deep understanding of different types of chest injuries and how to effectively manage them, including symptom recognition and administering primary care.
This training course includes the identification and management of other types of injuries, such as crush injuries and injuries caused by extreme heat and cold.
This training course focuses on how to handle serious illnesses, such as heart attacks, angina, strokes, diabetes, poisoning, and asthma. It covers the provision of initial medical care and necessary measures to aid in stabilization and treatment.
The objective is to help our clients positively influence the culture of health and safety in the workplace by assisting employees in gaining knowledge and improving their skills to protect lives and property from fire hazards.
It can accommodate up to 20 trainees per session.
The course is offered in 7 hours
In-person in a training hall, available in both English and Arabic.
Two years from the date of issue, with a recommendation to take a refresher course each year.

The first aider provides necessary first aid to injured individuals in the workplace. This includes performing an initial assessment, offering immediate care, and managing emergency situations in general.
The training course lasts for 7 hours, and up to 20 trainees are allowed per session.
